From Toddlers to Teens: Finding Balance Through Every Stage

Raising children is challenging.

Added to that, events such as moving, changing jobs, or losing a loved one, compounds such stress.  Let’s focus on working together to equip you with what YOU need to manage the trials and tribulations.

Coping Calmly and Confidently with Chaos

You’ve taken the first step, and I’m here to help every step of the way. Life is constantly happening. There are no pause buttons. Amidst the chaos, I will help you to cope calmly and with confidence. In our meetings, we will address common challenges that parents face at various stages of their children’s lives. We need to be mindful that while your child is traversing their early life stages, so too are you. Remember, life doesn’t stop, and thus we need to be realistic and learn how to figure it all out so that it works for you, your child and your family to create a happy home.
